Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

At Yunai Shoes, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.



1️⃣ Return Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • The item was purchased within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging (box/bag).
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.



2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty).

Worn or damaged items (unless defective).

Items returned without original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.



3️⃣ Exchange Policy

We allow size exchanges within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may:

Pay the price difference for a higher-value item.

Choose another product of equal value, or



4️⃣ Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item is out of stock after purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval.

5️⃣ Delivery Return Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), Yunai Shoes will cover the return cost.

If returning due to size change or preference, the customer covers delivery charges.



6️⃣ How to Request a Return

Contact us via phone or WhatsApp within 3 days.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Our team will guide you on the return process.



7️⃣ Wholesale Orders



For wholesale purchases, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
